Sandhurst Memorial Park is a 28-hectare (69 acre) countryside site that is a premier location for recreation and nature conservation within the area.
The Park adjoins Shepherd Meadows , 40 hectares (100 acre) of wet meadows and woodlands on the river Blackwater. The site, which was named after wildlife artist David Shepherd, is an important nature and landscape area managed by Bracknell Forest Council.
The Park is the perfect destination for families wishing to explore the countryside and has lots of leisure facilities on offer too such as a skate park and youth shelter, children’s play area with an activity trail for youths, a multi –use games area, tennis and basketball courts, football pitches and cricket square.
