January is a magnificent month to take some wellbeing time for ourselves, following the Christmas celebrations. By making our wellbeing time a central focus, it’s a great month to rejuvenate ourselves in preparation for the year ahead.
Whilst the days may seem a little cold or dreary. Whatever the weather, getting up and out is the best method for reviving our minds. The key is to wrap up warm and put on some waterproof clothing and a pair of wellies.
“A brisk 10-minute daily walk has many health benefits and counts towards your recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise”, according to the NHS website.
