December’s Christmas celebrations may be quite different to anything that we have previously experienced. So, to bring our version of Christmas cheer, this month here at Pistachio’s in the Park, we thought that we’d share some of our own festive ideas with you to help make the time of year, just a little bit better.
Meeting Friends and Family Outdoors – No matter which tier you find yourself in, meeting others outdoors is still ok. Our London and Surrey Parks are open and offer a beautiful setting to meet, walk and chat. Share some time together, whatever the weather.
Playing Outside with the Younger Ones – Our play parks are open, so wrap up the children and visit one of our London or Surrey parks for some well-earned playtime, especially once they have finished for the school Christmas holidays. Our play parks offer a variety of apparatus to keep all ages entertained. Or why not chose a wide open space to play a ball game and make your own fun time together.
Make some Nordic decorations – Christmas decorations don’t just have to be bought in a shop; they can be made too! Around our London and Surrey parks you will find plenty of natural items. Pine cones, sticks and leaves can be glued and tied together to make decorations and to finish, add a bit of glitter for an extra sparkle. You will have as much fun finding them as you will making them!
Get into the Festive Spirit by visit our London and Surrey Cafes – Throughout the November lockdown our London and Surrey cafes have been busy getting ready for the Christmas season. Pop into our cafes to enjoy a festive bite to eat. From homemade festive biscuits and cakes to winter warmer soups using locally sourced produce, we have something to offer for all tastes and dietary requirements. Our Christmas drinks menu is also available so whilst you visit, why not treat yourself to a mulled wine or a festive hot chocolate.
A word of thanks from Pistachio’s in the Park – Finally, we would like to thank all our customers and associates who have continued to support Pistachio’s in the Park throughout this year. We truly could not have continued to operate without your support to local businesses. Above all we hope that you have a lovely Christmas and festive season, stay safe.
